Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on all orders over $14.99 and a flat rate of $ 4 will be charged on orders under $14.99.

Orders are typically processed the same day, if we received the order confirmation before 12 pm, after 12 pm we will ship the order next business day. QueLindo.net  shipped via ground shipping by USPS with tracking, which takes  2- 5 business days to arrive.

QueLindo.net currently only ship within the United States.

Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied your purchase. If for any reason you not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. To initiate a return, please fill out our contact form. Our customer services team will contact you within next 24 hours after received your request. We will sent you a prepaid shipping label with instructions by email.  Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
